| No. | Common Issue | Solution / Troubleshooting |
|---|---|---|
Charging gun connected but no “ready” signal or message says “Swipe card to start charging” | Check if the connector is fully inserted and locked. A loose or half-connected plug can cause the system to fail to detect the vehicle.
Charging stops automatically after starting | This usually happens because of a communication issue between the charger and the vehicle. Record any error messages, then try reconnecting or using a different charging gun. If the problem continues, contact our support team for service.
Card locked after use | Always remember to swipe your card again after charging to end the session. If your card remains locked, return to the same charger where it was last used and swipe again to release and complete payment.
Charging gun clicks or jumps | Make sure your IC card balance is sufficient. If the balance runs out during a session, the charger will automatically stop charging. Add funds and try again.
Gun locked and cannot be removed after charging | Restart the charger, wait for it to power down, and allow the gun to unlock automatically. If it still doesn’t release, contact customer service for assistance.
Current meter doesn’t display charging current | Check if the live and neutral wires on the power meter are reversed or connected incorrectly. Correct wiring is essential for proper operation.
Screen stays dark after power-on | If the indicator lights are on but the display remains blank, the screen module may be faulty. Consider replacing the display.
Grounding issue | When grounded correctly, the 12V blue indicator light should turn on before charging, and the 6V green light should appear once connected. Ensure all grounding and wiring follow the installation standards.
